D. Stefano-Building and Restoration, Inc. was established as a new corporation early in 2004, after president David Stefano worked in the Self Storage industry for 20 years as Starzon, Inc. The new corporate ownership was structured to increase performance as a General Contractor and a Metal Building Supplier in a larger geographical area: FL, SC, NC, VA, MD, DE, DC, PA, NJ, NY, CT, and TX.
